Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, needs, and budgets.

• Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, color palettes, and material samples.

• Prepare detailed floor plans, 3D models, elevations, and design renderings using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.

• Source materials, furniture, lighting, and décor while staying within budget constraints.

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure project execution aligns with the design plan.

• Oversee project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule and within budget.

• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and innovations.

• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.

• Proven experience (2+ years) in residential, commercial, or hospitality design.

• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite).

• Strong understanding of color theory, materials, spatial arrangements, and design principles.

• Excellent communication and project management skills.

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• NCIDQ certification or equivalent (a plus).

• Experience with sustainable or green design.

• Knowledge of current furniture, décor, and material trends.
